How it Works
The workflow begins when your team identifies a
need to move hardware — servers, semiconductors,
telecom equipment, or data center gear. You classify
the shipment as Standard, Urgent, or Mission-
Critical and submit it through the portal.
Your team submits the shipment request through
the Bangle Bridge client portal, TMS integration, or
ERP connection. Required information includes
pickup and delivery addresses, cargo type and
value, timeline, and any special handling
requirements.
The Bangle Bridge ops team analyses the request
and produces an optimal freight plan — selecting
the best mode (Road, Air, Ocean, or Express),
planning the route, selecting from the approved
carrier list, and reviewing risk factors for high-value
IT cargo.
We request quotes from multiple carriers for the
specific lane and cargo type, negotiate against
benchmarks and contracted pricing, book the
winning carrier, confirm pickup capacity and
schedule, and assure capacity during peak demand
periods.
All freight documentation is prepared, reviewed, and
verified before the shipment moves. This includes
Commercial Invoice verification, Packing List review,
BOL and AWB coordination, export and import
document support, and insurance coordination for
high-value technology cargo.
Physical movement is executed entirely by the
selected carrier. Bangle Bridge monitors throughout
but does not handle cargo directly. This includes
pickup, terminal handling, line-haul transportation,
and any cross-docking or intermodal transfers.
This is where Bangle Bridge delivers its most critical
and differentiated value. The Control Tower monitors
every active shipment around the clock — real-time
GPS tracking, milestone monitoring, delay alerts,
exception management, carrier escalations, and
direct resolution without client involvement.
The shipment is confirmed as delivered. Bangle
Bridge collects the Proof of Delivery, archives all
documentation, reports any damage or delays, and
sends the client a full delivery summary with
timestamps.
Every carrier invoice is received, audited against
contracted rates, reconciled, and a consolidated
client invoice is generated — replacing multiple
carrier invoices with one clean bill. A savings report
shows actual cost vs market benchmark.
Bangle Bridge closes the loop by delivering monthly
performance reports — freight spend summary, OTD
metrics, lane analysis, vendor scorecards, and data-
backed cost reduction recommendations. This is
what makes Bangle Bridge a strategic partner, not
just an operator.
